Never buy a small jar of jam again when you can make it is less then 10 minutes! Spread this over some hot pepper cheese for a fabulous snack or appetizer. 1 cup fresh raspberries Wash the berries and shake well to get most of the water out. Place berries and sugar in glass or ceramic batter bowl. Cook in microwave 3 minutes. Stir well. Cook another 3 - 4 minutes. Pour into jelly jars or other heat resistant cups. Makes about 1 cup of jam. It will firm up as it cools, and can be used as a cheese topping warm or cold. Or, just use it on toast just as it is, jam!
