Marinated Avocado Mango Salad

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Whisk together the oil, zest and juice of the lime, garlic and dried chile. Peel and dice the avocados and mango. Gently toss with the dressing and allow to stand a few minutes or up to 1-2 hours as long as the dressing is thoroughly coating each avocado piece to keep from turning dark. When ready to serve, arrange the crispy lettuce leaves in a beautiful bowl or platter and toss with the dressing. Sprinkle with a few grains of the salt, if using.
