Chocolate Fruit Tulips

1 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips (Guittard)
1/3 cup corn syrup

fresh fruits, such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries...

Put the chocolate chips in glass or ceramic batter bowl and then pour the corn syrup over them. Do not stir. Place in microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir with silicone spatula to blend. Mixture will be very stiff, but all of the chocolate should be melted. Set aside for 1-2 hours but do not refrigerate. In meantime, wash and place fruits on paper towels to dry. When chocolate mixture is ready to work with, mold it with your hands into any shape. To make the "tulips" or other flowers, roll out a few circles of the chocolate and shape it around a piece of fruit, allowing the fruit to show through the top. Create!!!
