Mascarpone and Berries
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Mash and enjoy with pound cake, cookies, or even Polenta Flatbread!
8 oz. carton mascarpone cheese
Allow mascarpone to come to room temperature. Mash the berries and blend them into the cheese. Use as a dessert all by itself, or pair it with cookies, cake, flatbreads, etc. A few splashes of port or sherry is a good addition, as well!
