Anchovy Stuffed Eggs
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. As someone from France once stated, perhaps this is why they became "Deviled Eggs"!
6 hard cooked eggs
Cook eggs, peel and allow to cool. Slice each in half lengthwise. Blend egg yolks, mayonnaise, pepper and anchovy pieces. Stuff into egg whites and garnish with a little red pepper. If desired and you have some left-over anchovies, arrange a thin slice over the top of each egg.
