As someone from France once stated, perhaps this is why they became "Deviled Eggs"! 6 hard cooked eggs Cook eggs, peel and allow to cool. Slice each in half lengthwise. Blend egg yolks, mayonnaise, pepper and anchovy pieces. Stuff into egg whites and garnish with a little red pepper.
