Elderberry and Wine
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. I like to call this Elderberry Wine, but it is actually a combination of muscat and elderberry concentrate! This was a big hit in a recent cooking class served with dessert in small port style glasses or cups. Natural elderberry concentrate is available at health food stores.
1 bottle muscato (muscat)
First drink about 1/4 cup of the muscat to make room in the wine bottle for the concentrate! Using a glass measuring cup, pour 1/4 cup of the undiluted concentrate into the wine. Serve.
