Sesame Coconut Crusted Salmon

2-4 fresh salmon filets or steaks
Drizzle each filet with a bit of olive oil. Grind the coconut in food processor. combine ground coconut, sesame seeds and salt and coat the salmon with the mixture. Heat a heavy bottomed saute pan over medium heat, adding a few drizzles of olive oil. Cook salmon 2-3 minutes per side, or until done and nicely browned. Combine sour cream, chili paste and plum sauce in a beautiful bowl and serve with the fish.
