Bellini Cocktail
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com as taken from the little hang tag around the bottle of Candoni Prosecco. Enjoy!
2/3 cup fresh ripe peach puree
1 bottle chilled Candoni Prosecco
Peel fresh peaches and blend in food processor. Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons puree in the bottom of each tall champagne glass. Add the prosecco and mix well. Serve.
