Make it a complete meal with greens, vegetables, cheeses, nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, dried fruits, cooked seafood of all kinds, left-over meats or poultry, cooked rice and/or beans, etc., etc., etc!!

Toss greens and other additions into a beautiful bowl. In glass measuring cup, whisk the remaining ingredients to blend well. Taste and adjust seasonings for your own taste. Toss into bowl and serve.
