This is a great salad, or use as a side dish to Pupusas for a tasty appetizer with California wines. 1/2 cabbage, shredded Place grated cabbage and carrot into a large bowl or pan. Pour over the boiling water and allow to stand 5 minutes. Pour through a colander to drain and place in a large bowl, adding remaining ingredients.
