Pine Nut Cream Cheese Spread
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use with warm flour tortillas or crispy corn chips as a great Santa Fe appetizer as pine nuts are a favorite from there.
2 garlic cloves
In food processor with steel chopping blade in place and motor running, drop the garlic in to chop finely. Add sage and pine nuts and process to blend, add vinegar, parsley, softened cream cheese and enough olive oil to make a spreadable mixture. Add salt as desired. Place in serving dishes and present with warmed tortillas or other chips or crackers. This is also wonderful as a filling for celery sticks.
