It is a version of a great tasting date bar. Add some nutritious hemp or sesame seeds along with the nuts as well. 3 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In batter bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy using electric beater or a good whisk. Beat in the sugar. Using a spatula or spoon, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the dates and pecans. Lightly brush some olive oil over bottom and sides of a 9 inch baking pan. Spread the batter into the oiled pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
