A quick, easy and tasty marinade to rub over steaks to grill immediately, or place steaks back in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to marinate until ready to grill. Makes enough for 2-3 steaks, easily doubled if needing more. 1 shallot Very finely dice the shallot and onion, blending in remaining ingredients. Rub onto each side of the steaks.
