Red White and Blue

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Flavor blending along with the perfect colors!

red rashises
goat cheese, herbed if available (or brie)
fresh blueberries

Slice the radishes about 1/4 inch thick, or thinner. Take a nice dab of the cheese and pat it onto the center of each radish slice and top with a fresh blueberry. Serve with a light red wine, such as chianti or Pinot Noir, or just about any good cold crispy white wine.
