Red White and Blue

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Flavor blending along with the perfect colors! Different taste every time this is made, depending on the cheese!!

red radishes
goat cheese, herbed if available (or brie)
fresh blueberries

Slice the radishes about 1/4 inch thick, or thinner. Take a nice dab of the cheese and pat it onto the center of each radish slice and top with a fresh blueberry. Serve with white or red wines....and even a blue wine if you can get it. (some muscatos are called blue wines, etc.)
