Teriyaki Fish

1 pound orange roughy fillets (or sea bass, red snapper, or rock cod)
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
sliced green onion or freshly snipped parsley, for garnish

Arrange fillets in a glass or ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Cook in microwave 3-4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with green onion or parsley.
