Cauliflower and Fruit Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. We sometimes forget to combine vegetables and fruits! This is very good, and can be made a few hours ahead and refrigerated before serving.
1/2 - 1 head fresh cauliflower
Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces, adding orange and grapefruit sections. Slice banana into wedges. Combine in a salad bowl. In glass measuring cup, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour into the bowl, toss, and serve!
