In processor or blender, carefully whirl the fruit with the sugar and pepper, but do not make it frothy, adding juice as desired. It may not need it if the peaches are really juicy, do not make it too runny. Pour over a wedge of wonderful brie, sprinkle almonds over and around the brie. Garnish with snippings of parsley.
