Ten Minute Fresh Tomato Sauce / or Soup

Use only the best of ingredients and fresh red ripe tomatoes. Change the herbs as desired. This is just a guide to help you cook and enjoy the freshest of summer-time tomatoes.
1 small onion, finely chopped
In glass or ceramic batter bowl, combine chopped onion and garlic. Drizzle with the olive oil. Cook in microwave 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 2 minutes. Stir. Cook another 3-4 minutes. Use as desired for pastas, soups, chowders, vegetable dishes, etc.
