fresh fruits and vegetables (apples, baby tomatoes, etc.)
crumbled blue cheese
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 - 1 teaspoon honey mustard mayonnaise, or horseradish mustard
snipped fresh herbs (rosemary, or basil, thyme, oregano, etc....
semi-coarse sea salt

extras if desired: salami, ham, cooked baby shrimp, cooked scallops, etc., etc., etc....

Place washed and dried greens into a salad bowl. Top with diced fruits and vegetables of choice. Crumble on some blue cheese. In measuring cup, whisk the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise or mustard, snipped herbs, salt and pepper. Taste to make sure it is just right, adding more seasonings or a pinch of sugar if necessary.
