This is a version you can make at home, and it stores several months in refrigerator. Use it as a barbecue sauce, for a seasoning sauce for chicken, etc. and in the Philippine Islands it is served often with fried sweet potato pieces, etc. 1 cup soy sauce Combine all ingredients in heavy bottomed saucepan.
