Olive Oil Tasting Party
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is a fun way to explore the various extra virgin olive oils available. Do this along with having lots of other salads, vegetables, meats, fish, etc. to complete your party!
4-5 or more varieties of extra virgin olive oil
fresh slices or small cubes of French bread
Pour a little of the olive oils into individual clear glass cups or glasses so that the color is visible. Place the bottle next to each one so that they do not get mixed up. Have bread slices in a beautiful bowl and let people dip, dunk and taste.
