Use fresh green peas, or buy a package of petite sweet peas, organic if possible. Eat them raw, or saute them in just a bit of extra virgin olive oil. I suspect Hitch would have preferred them cooked! 2-3 cups green peas Heat a heavy bottomed saute pan, adding the oil and peas.
