Sometimes you just need a flavorful drizzle to pour over a bean or rice dish, over an omelette or scrambled eggs, over cooked pasta, etc. 1/4 - 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil In a small heavy bottomed fry pan, heat the oil but not to the smokling point. Add the minced garlic and parsley. Cook and stir several minutes, keeping the heat a medium high but not letting it get so hot as to be smoking.
