Smoked Salmon Small Bites

First smoke fresh salmon in the stove top smoker as directed in my recipe, Smoked Salmon or Tuna in Stove-Top Smoker, using 20 - 25 minutes. When ready to serve, spread a little mayonnaise over the bread slices, and then place small pieces of smoked salmon on top. Dollop with a bit of garlic jam, such as Roasted Onion Garlic Jam and garnish with fresh parsley.
