Wash and very thoroughly dry the kale. Tear the leaves from the center stem and place in a bowl. Pat them dry once more with a paper towel. Toss in the oil, salt, and seeds to coat the leaves nicely. Arrange the leaves in single layers without touching on 2 baking sheets. Bake about 25 minutes, or until crisp and browning slightly. Cool and enjoy.
