Mozzarella Sweet Baby Tomato Hearts

Cut the cheese into slices about 1/4 inch thick. With your paring knife, cut the cheese into heart shapes. You can push and pull it a bit with your fingers to take a nice heart shape. Place on a beautiful platter. Slice the tomatoes in half and place the cut sides down on the hearts. Serve with a sparkling wine as a starter!
