1 pkg. (8 oz.) Newman-O's Creme Filled Cookies
Totally crumble the cookies, adding the soft butter to make a workable crumb mixture to pat into a 9 or 10 inch pie plate, or a cheesecake pan. (Using the food processor with the steel chopping blade in place makes it really easy to crumble the cookies and then add the soft butter to process into a nice crumb mixture.) Press the crumbs into the pan and up the sides. Refrigerate.
