Horseradish Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Quick and easy, wonderful served with meats, beef fondue, fish, crab dishes, sushi, vegetables and more. Also a great sandwich spread instead of mayo.

2 tablespoons creamed horseradish
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons raw sugar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Whisk all lingredients together in a glass measuring cup. Cook in microwave 1 minute. Whisk well. Cook another 1-2 minutes, or until thickened. Set aside, serve warm or cold.
