3 half chicken breasts
Skin and debone chicken, and cut into small pieces. Combine chicken, lime juice, pepper, and chili powder. Toss well. Preheat browning dish on High 5 minutes. Quickly add olive oil and chicken. Microwave, uncovered, on High 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 1-2 minutes, or until chicken is done. Microwave flour tortillas, tightly covered, on High 30-60 seconds to heat. Place lettuce leaf and 1-2 slices of green pepper on tortilla. Drizzle with salsa. Wrap up and eat. May garnish with sour cream and/or guacamole, if desired.
