Miso Cabbage Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com.

1 cup or more of shredded green cabbage
1 cup or more of shredded red cabbage
3-4 ribs of celery, with lots of green leaves
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 tablespoons good quality mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons miso paste
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Shred the cabbages and toss into a large salad bowl. Trim off and snip the celery leaves and add to the cabbage. Cut the celery stalks into small pieces and toss in. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, miso, sugar and salt. Toss into the greens to coat nicely and serve.
