Dill and Orange Yogurt Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve as a salad dressing, or as a sauce over meat loaf, etc.

1/2 cup natural unflavored yogurt (Greek yogurt is great)
1 cup chopped fresh dill
zest of 1 orange
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1 small shallot, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Combine all ingredients, serve as a dressing over salads, or place in a bowl to serve as a drizzling sauce over burgers, grilled fish, and even meatloaf.
