Silken Chocolate Sauce
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. It is a dolloping sauce, not a drizzling sauce!
3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips, or semi-sweet if you prefer
Place the chocolate chips in a glass measuring cup or bowl. Melt in microwave 1 minute. Stir very well, adding 20-30 seconds more if needed to completely melt the chocolate. Set aside. Drain the packaging liquids from the tofu and place in food processor or blender. Process to make it smooth. Add the melted chocolate and blend about 1 minute or so, to make a smooth chocolate sauce. Spoon onto desserts as desired. Also very nice placed in sherbet style dessert dishes and refrigerate.
