Garlic Ghee Dipping Sauce for Naan

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1/4 - 1/2 cup ghee (or butter)
3-6 or more cloves garlic, very finely minced
pinches of curry powder, as desired

Combine ghee or butter with the minced garlic and curry powder. Heat in a small saucepan just to soften the garlic a bit, or place the ghee and garlic in a glass measuring cup and warm in the microwave for 1 minute or so. Serve in small dish or on little plates along with naan or chipitas.
