Nam Prik Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons dried shrimps
Wash shrimps and soak in hot water 20 minutes. Rinse and combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Arrange fresh vegetables, wedges of hard cooked eggs, and other finger foods on platter for dipping.
