Tapas of Olives, Cheeses, Jamon, Bread...

assorted olives (green, black, stuffed...)
small slices or wedges of cheeses (Havarti, Double Cream Gouda, D'Auvergne Blue... )
slices of ham, etc. (Jamon)
thin slices of bread, crostini, etc.
quince paste or other dollops of jams, etc.
fresh tomato slices and extra virgin olive oil
raw almonds, dried fruits, etc...

Arrange, arrange, arrange...and dollop a bit of quince paste on top of slices of the gouda. Toast some bread slices, rub with a cut garlic clove. Arrange slices of tomato on top and drizzle with a bit of olive oil.
