Chorizo Tapa

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1-2 chorizo, sliced diagonally
1-2 teaspoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons white wine or chicken or vegetable stock
(or use apple cider or beer)
snipped parsley
sweet Spanish paprika

Slice the chorizo into slices on the diagonal. Heat a skillet, adding the olive oil. Place slices in hot pan and cook 1-2 minutes to brown, turning to get both sides slightly browned. Add the wine or stock along with snipped parsley and paprika. Cook over high heat about 1 minute, stirring. Arrange on a platter and serve with other tapas.
