Baked Potato Chips

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at A favorite taste treat and easy to prepare and makes a great snack to have with cold drinks, etc.

3 cloves garlic, very finely minced
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons paprika (sweet or smoked)
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon corriander
1 sweet potato
1 russet potato
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl combine the very finely minced garlic, salt, paprika, pepper, cumin and corriander. Mix well. Cut the potatoes into strips about 1/2 inch thick and 4 inches long. Drizzle the olive oil over the potato slices and toss the strips into the seasoning and mix well. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet with sides. Bake 15 minutes. turn the potato pieces over and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until browned and turning crisp.
