2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set aside. In batter bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, pepper and salt. Blend in the olive oil and wine, adding the shredded carrot and chopped cilantro. Dump out onto a floured surface and hand knead 1-2 minutes to make a smooth ball of dough. Divide into about 12 or so small pieces (depends on how long or short you wish the bread sticks to be). Roll out each piece into a stick, about 1/2 inch in diameter. Place on baking sheet. Bake about 20-30 minutes until browned and crisp. It also depends on the size of the breadsticks. Cool and serve.
