Cheese, Apples, Grapes, Brats...

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Always be creative, assemble and serve! Brie Campagnier (France), Goat Feta (California), Dubliner Kerrygold (Ireland), Fontina (Denmark), Somerdale with onions and chives (England)

2-3 assorted cheeses, or more!
2-3 fresh apples, thinly sliced into wedges
pinches of black or coral semi-coarse sea salt
grapes, grapes, grapes
sliced fully cooked bratwursten

Slice cheese into finger food sizes. Arrange on platters. Arrange sliced apples wedges (do not peel them!) and sprinkle with a few grains of sea salt. Pile the grapes around the platters and arrange sliced bratwursten around to make a beautiful presentation. Serve.
