Dill and Lettuce Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use any fresh greens, adding some fennel, endive, etc. as desired. It's the dill dressing that sets this apart!

fresh greens (lettuce, shredded cabbage, etc.)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon raw sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 cup fresh dill, snipped

Wash and dry your choices of lettuce, other greens, etc. and place in a beautiful salad bowl. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the oil, vinegar, dried dill weed, sugar and salt. Snip the fresh dill and blend in. Pour over the greens, toss, and serve.
