Caper Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This sauce can be served cold or warmed.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon capers, drained
1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Whisk all ingredients in measuring cup. Warm for 30 seconds, do not over-heat or let it boil. Whisk well. Serve with fish.
