Nice addition to any appetizer plate, and good dipped into salsa, etc. 12 or so fresh brussel sprouts, cut in half (or 1 can whole water chestnuts, drained) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut brussel sprouts in half. If using the water chestnuts, drain and pat dry with paper towel. Cut bacon strips into 2 or 3 pieces, to comfortably be able to wrap around the brussel sprout half or the water chestnut. Secure with toothpicks and arrange on a silicone lined baking sheet with sides. Tuck a raw almond into apricot and wrap it as much as possible and then wrap a piece of bacon around and secure with toothpick. Place on the baking sheet.
