Sgt. Pepper's Healthy Heart Club Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Raw vegetables, no extra added oils, just real natural flavors blended nicely. The milk could be cow's milk, flax milk, hemp milk, soy milk, coconut milk etc. as desired. Inspired by the Beatles, 1967, "St. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band".

2-3 cloves garlic
1 cup frozen petite peas, or fresh when available (Give Peas a Chance!)
2-3 leaves fresh basil
2-3 leaves fresh mint
1/3 cup milk
1 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 small red, green, or yellow bell pepper, or a combo
1 jalapeno or other chili pepper, as desired
1-2 carrots, shredded or diced
2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 fennel bulb, shredded or diced
3-4 cups lettuce or other greens

To make a creamy and interesting peaceful dressing, use food processor with steel blade in place. Have it running and then drop in the garlic to mince thoroughly. Add the peas, basil, mint, milk, lemon juice and salt. Whirl to make a smooth dressing. Set aside. Wash the vegetables carefully and dry them with clean towel. Slice, dice, shred as desired and place in a beautiful salad bowl. Add the lettuce and toss in the salad dressing.
