This is great used as a drizzle into any hot soup at serving time, or even as a salad dressing over a big bowl of fresh greens along with some olive oil. And, don't forget about tortilla chips, etc for appetizers as this makes a good dip. Serve with Kale Chips, etc. 2 - 3 tomatoes (2 cups coarsely chopped) Finely chop the tomatoes, cilantro, pepper and onions. Combine with remaining ingredients to make a nice sauce. Or, combine all ingredients in food processor, using steel chopping blade. Process, using on/off pulse to chop. Do not over process or it will become foamy. Serve cold.
