Ginger Cream Dip with Fresh Fruits

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothy mcnett.com. Serve with crispy cookie wafers or baked meringue cake (Pavlova) along with the fresh fruits for a great texture combination.

1 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
zest from one orange
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1-2 tablespoons finely diced crystalline candied ginger

assorted sliced and cubed fresh fruits (apples, pears, bananas, kiwi, etc.)
juice of 1 lemon

Combine dip ingredients and chill. Sprinkle fruits with lemon juice. Arrange fruits on platter and dip to eat.
