The chia seeds will thicken, so feel free to add more liquids or tomato paste, etc. as desired to get your desired dipping consistency. 4 tablespoons water or white wine In a small bowl combine the water and ground chia seeds. Allow to stand about 10 minutes. Blend in olive oil, seasonings, tomato and herbs. Taste, adjust, add and etc. to get it to be a nice dipping consistency.
