Hot Artichoke Dip

(served in artichokes)

1-1/2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/8 teaspoon red pepper

Combine all ingredients in batter bowl. Microwave on Half Power 6-8 minutes, or until heated through. Serve in hollowed out artichokes and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with crackers or chips.
