Creole Seasoning

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Just a sample of the many combinations of herbs and spices that are created for seasoning meats, fish, soups, salads, etc.

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoons dried thyme

Combine and use to sprinkle over steaks, burgers, fish, chicken, etc. etc. etc.
