La Tur Cheese with Fig Spread

1 wheel La Tur cheese
Allow the cheese to stand at room temperature about 1 hour before serving. Arrange some baby greens on a beautiful platter. Sprinkle baguette slices with olive oil and then dollop on some of the fig jam, spreading it out a bit if necessary. Provide a cheese spreader, and let people cut into the cheese and place on their baguette slice. The cheese can become quite runny on the inside, so be prepared for lots of good tastes and character!
