Roasted Curried Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Wash and trim cauliflower, slicing off the bottom to make it level. Place the whole head in a glass or ceramic batter bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil. In a small bowl combine the yogurt, chili powder, curry powder and paprika. Spread completely over the cauliflower, patting it in so that all areas are covered. Cover the bowl with a glass or ceramic plate. Cook in microwave oven for 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the cauliflower. Remove from oven and allow to stand about 10 minutes. Arrange whole head on a beauitiful platter and garnish with lettuce leaves. Place on table so everyone can see the beauty,and then break into pieces for serving.
Or, you can roast the cauliflower on a baking sheet covered with the sauce, for about 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Either way, very delicious.
